Homa hires Jeff Cohen as VP of Corporate Development

Homa hired Jeff Cohen, the former VP of Strategy at Esports Entertainment Group (NASDAQ: GMBL), as VP of Corporate Development to help build out our M&A strategy and partnership efforts.

At Esports Entertainment Group, Cohen helped source and structure acquisitions across the esports and online gambling sectors and led the company's investor relations team. In addition to EEG, Cohen's background also includes time at Stephens Inc, a Wall Street investment bank, where he helped build the firm's Gaming and Esports equity research and capital markets business.
