Where can I find more games?

You can find all of our games in our main pages in the App Store and Google Play Store by tapping Homa Games on the search box or by clicking the ‘Homa Games’ button in any of our games.  


How can I report a bug or share feedback?

We’d love to hear from you! Please write to support@homagames.com to send us your comments and report bugs. Remember to mention the name you are referring to and the device model you’re using to play.  


How can I request a refund for an accidental purchase?

In the App Store: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.  Sign in with your Apple ID and password. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request. 

In Google Play Store: You can request a refund on the Google Play Help website.  


How can I cancel a subscription for one of your games?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions in Google Play or Apple Store's subscriptions sections.
